When was your wedding date?
We were married on November 4, 2017.
What was your wedding location and venue name?
The ceremony was at CrossRoad Church UMC in Jacksonville, Florida, and our reception was at Ponte Vedra Inn and Club.
Who is the designer of your gown and where was it purchased?
The designer of my gown was Martina Liana and I purchased it at Love, A Bridal Boutique in Jacksonville Beach.
What is your favorite memory from your wedding day?
My favorite memory from my wedding day was after the ceremony was over, while the guests were at cocktail hour, my husband and I had about 20 minutes to just be with one another and take a deep breath before heading into the reception. We had 350 people at our wedding so getting a few minutes together before the hectic party started was definitely a moment I will remember forever.
When did you know that your gown was “the one”?
I knew my gown was the one because when I tried it on, I immediately lit up. I could not stop smiling, and I loved all the little details it had. Everyone agreed that the dress was made for me!
How did you and your husband meet?
We met at Pusser’s in Ponte Vedra. I was with some friends who knew Ben from high school and he came over to the table to say hi, and the rest is history!
Why did you want to get your gown cleaned and preserved?
I wanted to get my gown cleaned and preserved so one day if I have a daughter, she might be able to wear it, or parts of it!
What is your absolute favorite memory from your wedding day?
My absolute favorite memory was marrying my best friend while having all of my other best friends by my side and celebrating with us. It truly was a fairytale wedding.
