When was your wedding?
Our wedding was on Saturday, January 7th, 2023.
What was the name of your venue and why did you choose it?
We chose to get married at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. We felt it was classic, timeless and fit both of our personalities perfectly.
How long did it take to plan your big day? Any vendors you’d like to recognize?
We began planning our wedding in May of 2022, so approximately 8 months of planning! We worked with so many incredible vendors.

Who is the designer of your gown and where was it purchased?
My dress is Muse by Berta and I purchased it from Love, a Bridal Boutique.
When did you know that your gown was “the one?”
Love Bridal was my first appointment ever when shopping for and trying on dresses. I had three appointments scheduled on that day. I always knew I wanted a long sleeve gown but had a vision of something completely different than what I ended up falling in love with! I had exhausted my efforts when Becca from Love had me look one last time to see if a dress caught my eye! The gown I chose was the last dress I tried on, and I knew it was the one when I felt most like myself. It was everything I didn’t know I wanted, but everything I needed! It is perfection!!
Why did you choose Oceanside to alter your dress?
Oceanside was the top recommendation from Love Bridal and I wanted the best of the best to alter my dress!
How did you and your husband meet?
Matthew and I met on a dating app, Hinge. We began talking on a Wednesday and went for our first date that Friday – the rest is history!
What is your favorite memory from your wedding day?
How do I choose?! I have so many good memories but my favorite is probably when I was down the aisle and finally with Matt holding his hands. I felt at peace and so happy.
What made your ceremony feel extra special?
Matt and I were a “love at first sight” story and not everyone in attendance knew the details or actual story itself. Our officiant, Moo Hadden, told our story from both of our perspectives before Matt and I read our personal vows, and I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room! It was so special.
